Coach Josh "Shap" Shapiro is the clubs General Manager. He handles the day to day operations of the club including staffing, player acquisitions, scheduling and the clubs financials.

Coach Tommy "Lazer" LeVasseur leads the Ventura Braves player development program, player assignments, college placement consultant and is the owner of 805 Baseball. 

Coach LeVasseur has a robust professional playing and coaching career. Coach is currently the MLB World Baseball Classic Coach for the French National Baseball Federation. 

-35 years of professional baseball experience that include MLB Scout, Minor League Field Manager and player. 

-Managed and/or Scouted and signed 31 current or former MLB players

-77 Players currently placed at the college level(D1-3).

-Awarded 'Minor League Instructor of the Year' 2 years of his 9 years as an MiLB instructor with the Padres, Mariners & Reds organizations.

Coach Sam Campa is the blue team head coach. He handles all on field activities including game strategy/calling and all player instruction clinics.

Coach Mike Haas is the Co-head coach for clubs Blue Team. Coach Haas has perfected competitive player development and player promotions by emphasizing his training programs to center on advanced fundamentals and advanced strategy along with basic mechanical fundamentals.

Coach Bryan Sullivan is the Ventura Braves pitching instructor, technical assistant coach for all teams and is the head pitching coach for 805 baseball. 

Coach Sullivan is a well established local fixture within the Ventura County baseball community and is mentored by coach Rocky Hall. 

He understands that the game might be new to some of his players while patiently coaching the fundamentals of the game, he emphasizes playing to the best of ones ability in today’s "win at all cost" philosophy.

Coach Sullivan strongly believes in player character development as the building block of a players success both on and off the field. His coaching and instruction build motivation through positive reinforcement even during failure.

Coach Ricky Lipman is the Ventura Braves catching coach, technical advisor with all teams and head catching coach for 805 baseball.

Coach carry's a high conviction that every player has potential to reach their goals of playing at the next level so long as they are committed to hard work and constructive feedback.

Coach Lipman believes that peek developmental progress is best achieved  by challenging his players in a lower stress environment.

Coach is a graduate of Ventura High and Ventura College. His very successful playing career concluded after a severe collarbone injury prior to transferring to a larger college program.

Ricky is a physical education teacher at Ventura High. When he's not on the field, he's in the water surfing or fishing.
